  On the upside, when the meal comes out right the food is awesome, get rid of this useless excuse for a manager and things will be back to 5 star.

  Normally this place is 5 stars, been going there for over 12 months but in the last few months it seems a new restaurant manager is on Monday-Wednesday and they have completely ruined the experience. The Lady (might be a tranny, hard to tell) lies to your face and doesn't seem to understand we have been going there regularly twice a week far longer than she has been working there so lying to us isn't going to work, when called out on her lies she then attempts to lie further. This lady never writes down the order which means out of the last 10 orders she has taken 9 had major mistakes then tries to lie and make out you change your mind or something wasn't available despite the "non-available" item coming out once you insist. Customer service is not hard and lie to customers is inexcusable.

  We have taken to sitting in the bar and ordering at the counter so she can't continue to stuff things up. This is clearly mirrored by other customer having to argue with her about meals, I can only conclude she is costing the hotel a fortune in her incompetence.
